I have a 2-bedroom spacious and sunlight filled modern apartment. Literally just a walk across the street to Chadstone Fashion Capital Shopping Centre.

One bedroom is on offer to the ideal student/worker. Ideally looking for Homestay students as I've previously hosted for Monash University in another property at SPRINGVALE VIC.

$400 a week - includes bills paid ie. Internet, Power, Gas, Water.
Comes furnished with Queen Bed, built-in wardrobe can arrange Student Desk, Lamp, etc

* I have two young kids (age 4 and 2) they are well behaved but they only stay overnight 50% of the week. In the morning I take them to daycare and begin my work day.
* Apartment is always kept clean and tidy, I vacuum daily. Living areas are all floorboards so free from dust, bedrooms are newly carpeted so keep you that bit warmer in Winter. Place has reverse AC and we can get portable heating arranged.
* I generally cook for the kids when they stay and more than happy to share meals etc
