We are friendly family ,pair with 2 daughters -study Melbourne University Science. We would like to offer room close to the public transport (100 m from tram , 600 m from train). House is brand new - 6 months old. Room has a bed, desk and wardrobe. The student will have its own bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. We have modern central heating and air conditioning. On ground level we have piano if student would like to play music.
