Hi, I am here for Master's degree by coursework, at the University of Melbourne. I would like to experience the local life hence I would like to stay with locals.

I am looking for a room with a range of 200-250, if breakfast and/or dinner is included, a price around 300 is also acceptable.

As for myself, I would love to help with the housework of the family that I am staying with. If it's important to you the host, I am a religious person. I am an experienced house tutor for students in middle school (7 to 12th grade), though it was in China. I believe my presence would be a positive influence toward children in the house, if applicable.
