Hello, we are returning to Melbourne in February 2026 after a nine-year work assignment overseas. My home, which will be vacant after the tenants move out, will be under maintenance, and we (husband and wife) will be looking for a homestay (room with an independent toilet) near Bentleigh Train Station so that we can oversee the progress of work.

We are fond of yoga and meditation and are nonsmokers, non alcoholic, early to bed and wake up early types.
