Sylvia

Hi! I’m Sylvia, a Chinese female who graduated last year and have recently started working in early childhood education (4 days/week). My current visa is valid until the end of November, and I’m hoping to move in before June 15 if possible.

I’m quiet, respectful, clean, and easy to communicate with. I cook occasionally, don’t smoke (though I vape occasionally), and only drink socially from time to time. I also have a car, so ideally I’m looking for a place with parking.

On weekends I’m usually relaxing at home, studying English/PTE at the library, or going bouldering with friends.

I don’t bring male guests home, and I’d prefer a relatively quiet household without frequent male visitors. If possible, I would also prefer a home without additional male housemates outside of the host family members. I wanted to ask as well whether it would occasionally be okay for me to invite female friends over briefly.

I value open and direct communication, and prefer resolving issues calmly rather than letting tension build up 😊
