### About the stay

Hi! My name is Alna, and I’m looking for a comfortable short-term homestay for my father, who will be visiting me in Melbourne for around weeks, from **30 September to 24 October 2026**.

He will be travelling alone and staying with a host while I’m living and working in Melbourne. He is a quiet, respectful and easy-going person who enjoys sightseeing, trying different food and exploring new places. He is independent and will mostly be out during the day exploring Melbourne or spending time with me.

We’re ideally looking for a **private room, preferably with a private bathroom/ensuite**, with access to public transport nearby. A comfortable and welcoming home would be really appreciated.

As this is a short visit, we’re hoping to find a friendly and reliable host who would be happy to accommodate him for the full stay. We would be happy to provide any additional information about him or the stay.
