Homestay in Balwyn

I live in a house with a very large back garden and an extra bedroom. Balwyn is a lovely green, clean and safe neighborhood, close to the elite High Schools (Camberwell Girls Grammar, Camberwell Boys Grammar, Carey, St Francis Xavier, Balwyn High, Rutyven, Box Hill) and Universities (Melbourne University Hawthorn Campus, Swinburne, Deakin). Our neighborhood is located in a very upmarket Eastern suburb called Boroondara and consists mostly of families with children living in individual homes. Single occupancy room is 400$ with breakfast internet. Public transport (bus, tram, and train) are very easily accessible. We are also within walking distance of the local supermarket, chemists, doctors, cafes, and restaurants. Direct rains take 15 minutes to arrive at Flinders Street/Southern Cross Stations located in the Center of the city. From the City Center, there are trains, trams, and buses available to all suburbs in Melbourne.
