Homestay in Fitzroy

Hi there. My 6 year old son and I have a very cosy and quiet bedroom to rent in our central Fitzroy warehouse apartment. My son stays with me around half the week and attends a local primary school up the road. I work 3-5 days a week as a kindergarten and primary teacher in Abbotsford.

We live approximately 15/20 minute walk to The University of Melbourne and the CBD. Traveling to the city is very convenient on the trams located near our house (88/96/112). We are pretty much on Brunswick ST and Smith ST and in walking distance of Carlton, Collingwood and Abbotsford. Perfect location.

The room is cosy with a queen sized bed and the house has everything you need, including a washing machine and internet. When my son is home we prefer a quiet environment around 730pm. When he is not here, it's a little more relaxed with noise and activity. We are looking for students who are tidy, friendly and respectful.
