Enjoy this immaculate 3 bedroom ground floor apartment with me!! opens out onto a rear undercover patio area, external laundry room, hydronic heating throughout. Tram to Melbourne university right outside front door, shops, bus and train are 5 minutes walk away. Please note the bedrooms are fully furnished, with bed, linens, desk, desk chair, desk lamps and wardrobes. The photos on here are an indication of their size only and I am happy to send additional photos of the rooms. There is a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool complex across the road with gymnasium and another gymnasium 5 minutes walk up the road. You will have your own private room and private bathroom (share with one person). I can provide breakfast and dinner on weekdays and lunch on weekends. I am friendly, and will provide a warm environment for you. You are more than welcome to have your meals with us or I can respect your need for privacy if that is preferred.
