Large comfortable 4 bedroom home with multiple living rooms in Rowville. Fully heated and air conditioned, all utilities including unlimited NBN usage included in weekly rent. Bedrooms available have built in robes/studydesk. Newly renovated bathroom.
Family consists of divorced Mum and daughter, both professionally employed, plus 2 small dogs. We are fairly quiet and laid back.
2 bedrooms available, average size, one with double bed and one single. We live in a safe, quiet treed environment, peaceful and relaxing.
Good walking/bike/running paths and golf courses close by.
We have hosted students for many years and all police and WWC checks are current.
