About this homestay
We have a single bedroom available for rent in a shared unit. Currently, the other room is occupied by an English speaking male student that goes university in the CBD. Within your unit you will have a fully functioning gas cook top with 4 stoves, fridge and freezer, microwave, dining table, living room area with a TV and a couch. This unit is fully equipped with a central cooling and heating system.
The shared bathroom is equipped with a sink, a bathtub and a shower with the toilet located in a separate room. There also a shared washing machine that is in a separate room and the backyard has a clotheslines where you can dry your clothes.
Off the street parking is available and if you are a university student, Latrobe University is 5 km, being a 11 mins bike ride or a 10 min drive. There is bus stop available outside the court which is a 2 min walk away that can take you to the nearest station which is 13 min bus drive. Northland Shopping centre is also 10 min walk away that has access to many other buses.
