We are a young household , consisting of myself, Dominique , And two older kids.
we are a short walking distance to bus and tram, both take you to either Doncaster, box hill, Melbourne city , Swinburne uni, Deakin uni, Ruyton, mlc, hawthorn, Camberwell girls/ boys grammar , Carey, Kew high, Koonung high, And a short walk to Balwyn high.
we are a tram ride to the local shops and walk to cinema and cafes .
we are in a safe and quiet family friendly neighbourhood.
we have four bedrooms, two upstairs.
The student rooms are upstairs , so you will have a private room upstairs .
Both bedrooms consist of a single bed , a wardrobe, desk , chair and shelving and a toilet.

We speak English at home .
I have a valid working with children check and police check.
I have two small Dogs and two cats, they won’t bother you .
Preferably a quiet , clean, respectful and very independent student .
