I have a private spacious furnished room available in a double storey modern townhouse in Hampton. The room has a private ensuite and WIR, plus balcony and gardens. It is furnished and is close to transport, shops, beach, restaurants opposite a park. The room is upstairs and completely private, furnished with a double bed, dressing table, TV, dressing table and has ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry are downstairs. There is a separate lounge area if required. There are well maintained gardens with BBQ and outdoor setting. The house has ducted cooling and heating. There is unlimited internet available. I have a 3 year old Spoodle dog who is very well behaved and friendly.
