l have been hosting students for over 15 years.
The rooms are large and comfortable.
The rooms are fully furnished, including abills. If you require meals this can be arranged for an extra fee, or your welcome to use the kitchen facilities.

I live close to La Trobe University or RMIT Bundoora. Otherwise it's only a 45 mins train ride to the Universities located in Melbourne CBD.

My house is located approximately a
5 mins walk to Westfield shopping centre, where trains and bus services are located there.
I live in a large house next door to park lands in a quiet location, which is considered safe if you wish to go for local walks.
I have two dogs (English staffy) who are are super friendly, and two cats.
