I am a friendly guy, No Smoking easygoing office worker. We would like to invite a pleasant, polite, international student / traveller to live with me. I have no pets and have a fully furnished brand new guest bedroom with double bed and you have your own toilet. WiFi available, rent includes electricity, gas, water. the apartment is located very close to the Bus station, bus stop and there is a shopping center just across the street, All within 5 mins walking distance.
