Hello my name is Mel and I am very happy to welcome you. Quiet and relaxed home.
Your room is comfortable with a double bed, desk, draws, wardrobe, heater and fan. Shared bathroom with me and there is also a second toilet. Open planned living space with small yard and a BBQ. There is also a bicycle you can use and board games.
I am clean, tidy, respectful and I am very happy to help you with whatever you need. All bills included and internet. I can provide breakfast, lunch, dinner for extra fee.
Gilbert Rd tram is a 4 minute walk away. Regent train station is 10 minute walk away - goes to Melbourne Uni, RMIT and the city. It takes approximately 40 mins by train or tram to get to the city.
It is a 4 minute walk to cafes and parks. A 15 minute walk to Woolies supermarket, a 20 mins walk to Preston market, Merri Creek and Edwards Lake. Bus to Northland shopping centre.
20 minute drive from the airport and a taxi/uber will cost you between
$35-50.
