I am an English teacher and work as a tutor at a local school.
I live in Bayside. The distance to the CBD via the Sandringham Line train is 22 mins from Hampton Station.
It's a very quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood. Only a short walk to the beach, cycling tracks and shops.
The room is large and comfortable with an ensuite bathroom and toilet. It's very private and ideal for study.
This house will be occupied by a boarder and myself.
