room is upstairs,

single room with bed side table and lamp, table, chair, wardrobe, mini fridge, kettle, heater/ fan, bed linen pretty much everything. Washing and drying done once a week.

Very close to Monash university Clayton and Deakin university Burwood. And public transport is within the reach.
