Hello! I have 1 cosy furnished rooms available to accommodate homestay students/workers/demi pair. The resident is less than 5 minutes walk to train station. Direct line to Flinders St Station, takes around 30 minutes with train run every 15 minutes. There are local park, tennis court, IGA(supermarket), bakery, butcher and good restaurants within walking distance. It's a cosy and quiet home.
This cosy home provides a good level of privacy, relatively quiet, comfortable and safe for females in a friendly and respectful manner.
