Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate the following:

Cats - small dogs ok.
Males - only considering females
Shift workers - only day workers please
Children staying part time

Bills will be an additional $35 approx. per week.

I can provide a self-serve breakfast for a small additional weekly fee.

I am a 54, female, non-smoking, homeowner. Applicants with cars will find the location easier however I am located near Public Transport, freeway, shops and cinema. There is a train station 20 minutes' walk away; or there is a bus at the end of my street that can drop you there and at other locations. Google the following to learn more:

I work two days in town per week & go dancing regularly. I am around some of the time to ask for assistance and always available on mobile.

Ideally you like dogs as I own a chihuahua & sometimes another small dog or two stay when owners go on holidays. They use 1/3 of my large living, separated by a long gate, see pic. Although they have their own area, when you enter the kitchen they will greet you and want to interact briefly. Once they have said their 'hello' they settle and won't bother you again. It is like they say 'hey, I'm here, give me some love' and then once they have had that, they go back to sleep or play. If you are scared of dogs or just simply don't want to bother with them, this isn't the home for you. But if you love them like I do, you will have an opportunity to enjoy them if you want to, with no responsibility for them.

There is a separate lounge & dining available if you prefer that which is strictly off limits for dogs as the furniture is expensive and not dog friendly. You are welcome to use it without any dogs.

The room has a single bed, side table, lamp, dressing table with storage, desk and desk chair, small sofa and shoe rack. There is a built-in two-door wardrobe with another set of draws inside and plenty of shelving and hanging space. The room has gas C/H & a fan heater, also a ceiling & stand fan & an evaporative cooler. If there is anything that you want to add or remove, just let me know.

Wifi Printer is available in my study if you need it.

You will have your own bathroom which includes a bath, shower, vanity and toilet. I use the 2nd toilet and laundry pictured for washing.

The kitchen is fully stocked with gas cooktop and electric oven, fridge and dishwasher.

There is a small laundry with washing machine but no dryer.

There are sunny areas in the front and back garden to enjoy.
