Homestay in Glen Waverley

I have an independent one-bedroom granny flat located at the back of our house, which is available as a homestay. It is just a few minutes walk to a bus station with direct routes to Monash Clayton, which takes about 20 minutes. The granny flat is approximately 40 square meters and includes a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Our address is 91 King Arthur Drive, Glen Waverley. There is also a bus that takes only 10 minutes to reach Glen Waverley train station and Glen Shopping Centre. Please find the attached photo for your reference.
