1 bright, clean, 1st floor, double-sized, carpeted room with a built-in wardrobe, drawers, shelves and a desk and chair. Access to a shared bathroom and separate toilet facilities. Internet and breakfast included. Weeknight dinners can be included for an extra charge.
The house is large, clean and comfortable with all facilities available for use of the guest, except TV.
A 15-minute walk to the Frankston train line, Mordialloc shops and restaurants and the beach.
