I have a well lit, furnished ground floor bedroom for rent that has a quality single bed, desk, shelves, built in wardrobe and lamps

If you wish to supply your queen/double I am to remove single bed on request

The rental price includes Wi-Fi, electricity and water use, as well as use of washing machine, kitchen and lounge……perfect for a busy inner city uni student/lecturer/inner worker worker.
