Hi 👋 my name is Phill. I have a tidy, cosy and sunny room available short or long term. It has a king single bed with built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and ducted heating. my kids live here 3 days a week and I have a cat who I only see when he's hungry. There is some nice walking tracks nearby and the Ardeer station is 5min walk at end of street with an 18 min train ride to the city.
