PROPERTY SPACE:
Large property in quiet, very safe, leafy green neighbourhood, stunning views and high standard of living. A four-bedroom home with 2 bathrooms, large living and kitchen areas, huge back yard with pool, basketball court, BBQ and pizza oven area for entertaining friends, vegetable garden, and plenty of spaces to spend time in.
Very welcoming - two lovely light-filled bedrooms available – one queen bed, the other double bed. Both rooms with large desk and lamp, chair, bedside tables, ceiling fan, block-out plus privacy blinds, large wardrobe with lots of storage shelves and clothes hanging space, bed linen, pillows, doona and blanket provided. Own bathroom or shared by two tenants, has separate shower and bath, and separate toilet.
Kitchen & meals, large living room with large TV (shared between tenant/s and owner). Laundry - sink, wash machine, dryer. Air-cond - throughout house & ceiling fans in each bedroom and living rooms.
SHARE WITH:
Working mum (teacher/carer, business owner) and working 19-year-old son, a friendly dog, cat and rabbit. We are calm, respectful, positive and friendly people. Our living environment has a very homely feel and is clean and tidy with respect for privacy and space.

We're very close to Monash Uni and Chisholm TAFE on the Frankston campuses.
There's a bus direct to Monash Uni Clayton campus and a train direct to Caulfield campus.
Other uni's inc RMIT, Swinburne, Melbourne, Deakin - all within 1 hr by public transport or car.
