All Female Flat.
Newish Two-story terraced house, 3 separate toilets and 2 showers. Room A or B ( X ) are available and furnished with a king-Single bed, bed side table, floor lamp, study desk/chair, build-in wardrobe, book shelf, Electric fan, electric blanket for cold nights and a Sony TV. There is also an Air purifier in-house for better health to its tenant. With Only 3 occupants (Including you) in the house, to ensure ample space and privacy.
All basic bills ( power, gas, water & internet ) included. except for heaters or Ac cooling, which are available upon request and separately billed.
My property offers more than just a place to sleep. I've thoughtfully furnished it with extra comforts to provide true value for a more relaxing stay. In addition to the above, I can help you settle in, by providing personal guidance on things like public transport, getting a SIM card, and the local area to make you feel at home."

Location: Harpley Estate, Werribee. (Bus 194) 7mins walk to the bus stop or 7 mins DRIVE to either Wyndham vale or 9mins Werribee train station; 5mins drive to the nearest grocery, and 15mins drive to the nearest beach or Werribee Zoo. Werribee is 37km from Melbourne Central Business District (CBD).
Airport pick up, breakfast or dinner can be provided for an additional cost.
