Homestay in Glen Waverley

900m walk to Glen Waverley Train station
Safe, quiet and clean street.
Single mum, works full time (hybrid from home / in office)
2 daughters live with me 50% of the time, 12 & 6.
I am often away on the surfcoast 3-4 days a fortnight too.

mature housemate, preferably non smoker and minimal drinker as I dont smoke or drink
must be FT employed or will accept a student working part time.
Honest, reliable, easygoing and happy to do their own thing. I am not home a lot when my kids are with their father so will have a lot of the house to yourself!
