About Us:
Callum is a calm, introverted, deep thinker. He enjoys sci fi novels, gaming anime. His study takes up most of his time. Rachelle is more outgoing, attends church. Into nature, art galleries or performance. We enjoy board games, spur of moment brunch/pub meal and a good movie. Originally from New Zealand, Home is peaceful sanctuary to relax. We are quiet with a clean lifestyle. You’re welcome to entertain guests for dinner, no overnight guests. Our vibe is friendly, relaxed & down to earth.

The bedroom is small but immaculate. Everything a student may need including power boards with usb's. Excellent Wifi, High speed Internet. Streaming Netflix multi room, Disney, Prime.

Rent includes everything except Meals, We can include Meals if requested: breakfast and/or dinner fair additional cost. We eat meals together as our schedules allow and enjoy cooking. Welcome to eat with us or do own independent thing, please use all kitchen facilities. We have kitchen island, multiple bench space for several people and kitchen table seating for 6 people. Kitchen has a dishwasher, rice cooker, air fryer, stove top breville, gas cook top, tea maker, jug, toaster, stove top coffee and nepresso.

Laundry: front loader w/m, tub and clothes line in private courtyard, laundry capsules provided for washing machine. do your own laundry as do we.
no dryer. Laundry Mat with xlarge commercial machines close by for bulky items.

Shared Bathroom Upstairs :
Large Full Bathroom Upstairs with separate bath and shower,
Tall Bathroom Storage Cabinet and shower caddy, hooks. Drying hooks in bathroom for towels. Bathroom is kept is clean condition, shared with 1 other, Callum.
Extra rest room is on ground floor. Bathrooms have new extractor fans.

Upstairs is 2 bedrooms, with no shared walls. Room on quiet side of house, no road noise. Car Parking on street, quiet residential. Thx
