Hi im considerate sensitive single woman 58yo who enjoys a quiet peaceful sanctuary at home. I have active life with ocean swimming and singing and hiking. Like to keep clean neat house . Wanting to create a warm considerate quiet home - with connection and respect privacy and independence . I have a 2 year old ginger tabby cat suburb and house. lovely spacious carpeted room, gets afternoon sun. Shared toilet, bathroom and kitchen and outdoor area and dining table for meals.
