Homestay in Rosanna

Hi I'm Andy, I run a marketing agency, part time professor at RMIT, love the gym and live with my 16 year old son Spencer. My oldest son, Hudson 21, just left for the USA so I have his room available for rent. It's large and private, has a lock, large cupboard, built in desk, aircon/heater and nice view. It comes fully furnished and with all utilities and services including high speed wifi. The room is on the third floor sharing a bathroom with Spencer and a second lounge room. The middle floor is the lounge, kitchen, laundry and 2nd bathroom. The bottom floor is my room and 3rd bathroom with our garage. It's walking distance to the train, bus, Woolies supermarket, cafes, restaurants and a large park. Close to La Trobe University and easy access to RMIT and Melbourne Uni. Perfect for a student or traveller.
