Family home with professional married couple
Our home is relaxed and friendly. Our children have moved out but they frequently visit.
We have 2 rooms available with queen size bed in each and built in wardrobes. There is a share bathroom, laundry and kitchen, ducted heating and evaporative air conditioning. Rent is payable two weeks in advance.
It is a 250 meter walk to the tram which takes you to the CBD. Passes 2 major hospitals (Royal Melbourne and Royal Childrens) as well as Melbourne University. Breakfast is included.
Wifi and Foxtel available. We have 2 cats who live indoors. We are opposite a lovely park and 100 meters to tennis club. Lots of cafes and shops within 4 km radius.
