Single room with bathroom in modern home close to public transport train and tram to city. Close to beach and shops. Sharing with single mother and 12 year old girl. Breakfast included or can provide dinner as well $320 per week Only female students or workers please. Our house is in East St Kilda
Our house is in balaclava, close to city and a 3 minute walk to balaclava station and trams to city. 7 mins on train to the city. Tram 3 minutes walk and tram goes right to Melbourne University and RMIT door.
Close to shops. Very good area to live. Expensive houses and safe
Price includes all electricity, water, unlimited wifi.
