Homestay in Footscray

Hello,
My name is Loret. I am a registered teacher and I work with children. I have lived and worked overseas and I am friendly and enjoy meeting new people. I am happy to help someone learn English if they are studying. I have two bedrooms available for homestay. Lovely, large home with nature walks, river nearby, train station easy quick walk and very quick access to the city. Trains go very frequently from Footsxray station to and from the city.
I would prefer to share the house with females only at this stage.
In Footscray there are cafes, restaurants, markets, a lovely river, artists and shops. I have a standard police check, I also have teacher registration and a working with children check.
Looking for homestayers who are friendly, clean and tidy.
