2 storey 4 bedroom house located off plenty road in a quiet street and a safe and secure neighbourhood. Double garage. Bath and shower next to a toilet. This facility for guests. Excellent location for public service transport. A bus stop, hop skip n a jump from house on both sides of plenty road. One to rmit university tram stop that goes on to la Trobe university and through to city until docklands. South Morang station 5 mins away by bus. Mill park Community library behind the house. West field shopping mall, plenty valley 5 mins away. Indian / Thai / Malaysian / Italian, European and fast food eating places around house, 5 mins away.
If you are a smoker you may in the garden. If you require additional meals other than Breakfast it can be provided with an additional cost. I own a car and can be flexible to provide transportation if required provided the petrol is paid for the trip.
