Close proximity to La Trobe University and excellent access to surrounding lifestyle precincts such as High Street, Collingwood, Richmond, CBD all within a short train ride as well as various entertainment options including Coburg Drive-In Cinema, Northland Shopping Centre, Summerhill Shopping Centre, just to name a few.


The house is a home away from home - featuring high quality furniture, high ceiling, a newly renovated bathroom, three huge bedrooms with plenty of storage space, a well appointed kitchen, a dining area and a comfy living room.


Flatmates:

Terence - A very easy-going and hands-on landlord who is passionate about creating a "homey" environment and great vibe for the residents.


The house is undergoing some light renovations which should not be intrusive to the flatmates' living quality.
