POSITION, POSITION, POSITION - CLOSE TO EVERYTHING
At the back of our property we have a two bedroom self contained apartment (the old stables). It is currently being refurbished (so no photos yet), but it is cosy, cute, comfortable and has heating and cooling. There is a lovely outdoor living area and garden where you can sit and relax with friends, and have a BBQ if you want to entertain. We live in a quiet and very friendly and safe area and are extremely close to all transport, shops, cafes and restaurants. Tram to the CBD takes 20 minutes. All bills are included (unlimited internet, gas. electricity and water). My husband and I are both very friendly people and we've had many young people sharing our property over the last 25 years.
