I have a beautiful double-story house:
5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, dining area, 2 laundries, outdoor covered entertainment area.
Situated next to a nature reserve, surrounded by walking and bike tracks.

Located in Epping Victoria:
500 metres from multiple Public transport options, shops, gyms, medical centre.
3kms from Pacific Epping Shopping centre, restaurants and cafes.
10kms from Westfield Shopping Centre.

Your weekly rental Includes :
Utility bills - Gas, Electricity, Water, Internet.
On street parking in a quiet, safe neighbourhood if you have your own car.

Featuring a private large master bedroom and private en-suite/bathroom.
Built in robes.
Ducted Heating/Cooling.
Security Roller Shutters.
A Double Bed.
Bedside tables.
Study desk, chair and high speed internet.
Tv or projector with screen (your choice).
Upright Piano or guitar if you wish.
Your own private external access and outdoor decking area.

All meals are available for you to prepare in the shared large kitchen.
I can provide delicious home cooked dinners for an additional fee if you wish.

A little bit about us:

I am a busy working mother who has been hosting for many years.
I live with my 3 adult children (23, 23, and 17).
We all have differing work/study schedules and enjoy spending time together when we can.
Mostly, we are off doing our own things and respect each others need for time independently.

We love music, are very tech savvy, love to travel and enjoy outdoor activities.

We have an adorable toy poodle named Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson who loves people and two beautiful rescue cats who keep to themselves.

We value quiet time, and enjoy a peaceful and clean home.
We are non smokers, therefore any smokers would need to do this outside only.

We will welcome you into our home and give you space to do your own thing.
