You will have a single room with the queen size bed and the desk. You will share the bathroom with my 17 years old son. The price includes all bills and internet.
Great location, 45 minutes to city by public transport (door to door), 15 minutes drive to Hampton and Brighton beaches.
Simple breakfast is provided - cereal, toast, tea, coffee.
Monash University Caulfield campus is 5 train stops away, Clayton campus 20 minutes by bus (the stop is 5 minutes walk)
