Hello and welcome to Melbourne :)
I provide friendly, safe accommodation for fully independent students/working holiday in a very safe and family friendly Eastern suburb of Canterbury. You are free to do as you please, welcome to join in and chat, join me to run errands and so forth, or not. A quiet, respectful, clean, honest household, sharing with one other mature student.
"Canterbury is a prestigious suburb with one of the lowest crime rates in Melbourne. It is known for its wide, leafy streets, luxury homes and peaceful environment. This suburb has a strong neighbourhood watch presence and a well-connected transport system, ensuring safety for residents".
Your new home is a 5 minute walk to either Canterbury or Chatham Train stations or 20min walk to Union Station, on the Belgrave/Lilydale line, and 5min walk to Maling Road shops, Post Office, bakery, cafes, chemist, restaurants, 24 hr service station or 15 minute walk to Coles, Woolworths, Red Rooster and other restaurants, shops, cafes.
Inclusions:
Fully furnished private room
Linens and towels provided, and bedding (duvet, blankets)
Kitchen, free use of fridge, freezer, air fryer, oven, toaster, gas stove, dishwasher, laundry - washing machine - I provide the detergent and heated drying rack (no dryer). Tea, coffee, sugar and milk.
Access to super high speed unlimited Wi-Fi 250 - 500Mbp (depends if peak hour), heating (central), cooling, and utilities included, however you can use your own heating and cooling at extra cost to you.
Your new home is moments to CBD, Swinburne Uni, Deakin Uni, Melbourne Uni, RMIT, Box Hill, Camberwell and so on.
Main rm 2 breakfast only ($330) available July, meals can be included if required we can discuss cost when we meet. Please contact me if you would like to meet facetime first.

Main bedroom in 3 bedroom house. High ceilings, queen bed, linens, bedding, room is being refurbished, the pics are not yet updated. In your room is small fridge, kettle, microwave. Desk, chair, bedside tables, lamp, bed lamps. Wardrobe. And a beautiful view of the garden.
