On offer is a lovely home with 2 bedrooms, shared bathroom, living room and dining room. Beautiful outside courtyard and spacious backyard. The home is maintained to a high standard. Close to all services including shops,supermarket, gymnasium and cafes. Glen Huntly train station and tram is a 5 minute walk. Monash Caulfield Campus is located one stop from Glen Huntly Train station.
You will find me to be a professional man working full time with socializing kept mainly to the weekends out with friends for lunch, dinner or movies.
Living with me is my beautiful dog who is quiet and loves pats and cuddles.
