Me and wife are both Engineers by professions
We have a 4 bedrooms house but only using two - an office as I work from home most of the time and 1 bedroom for us Husband and wife to use.(2 spare rooms)
Rules and regulations can be discussed by us and the Home stay.
We used to have a home stay every now and then while we were still living in New Zealand so
we know how it likes to host.
I have two children but both married and we have 5 Grandkids that he/she can get along well
but living in a different houses.
We do see each other most of the time a week end catch up either at their homes or ours and we are happy for her/him to join us
We have a separate bathroom and toilet separately for a homestay to use privately
