We are a female Australian household with a 17 & 43 year old females who are looking for a female international student who is attending Monash Clayton campus as we are very close by off wellington road Wheelers Hill.

We also have a Japanese female student who attends year 10 so she will probably be here for a couple of years. The new student who comes will be required to do a working with children's check (which is standard living in a house with under age) I can assist you with this. We also have pets a cat & birds so wanting someone who's pet friendly.

There are 2 rooms available which both contains, built in cupboard for clothes, desk, bedside table. Bedroom 1 has an extra external cupboard & room 2 has chest of draws & cube shelf.

There are 2 different payment options.

$300 per week which includes dinner (2 weeks bond $600) 2 weeks rent to be paid upfront

$350 per week includes breakfast, lunch & dinner (2 weeks bond $700) 2 weeks rent to be paid upfront

You will get back the bond when you decide to leave after giving 2 weeks notice.

Unfortunately due to previous student not being safe cooking the gas cooking isn't available to use to avoid house fire.

The 2 price options include room, bills, internet & whichever food option you choose.

Ideally wanting a longer stay than a shorter but happy to discuss and see what we can do.

We are situated in a great position with variety of buses to take you anywhere you want to go, whether that be train station, The Glen Shopping Centre, Chadstone, Springvale, The City anywhere it's a convenient location.

The rooms are available from Dec 15th 2025 (could be earlier just waiting on confirmation when school will finish for previous students)
