Hello! We are looking for a female to stay in our lovely large and bright bedroom in our new house. The room comes with plenty of storage, floor to ceiling windows, private bathroom ensuite, queen size bed and desk. Bed linen and fast wifi are also included.
The room has central heating, air conditioning and ceiling fan which can all be controlled by an app on your phone! Access to modern kitchen, laundry, rumpus room and garden.
We live in a safe suburb, close to shops/ Melbourne and parks. Plenty of links to transport - trams, buses and trains.
Trams 2 mins walk away. Train 10 min walk away.
