Accommodation includes exclusive use of upstairs accommodation including a spotless self contained and furnished living room, bedroom and bathroom. Respectful and friendly female owner lives downstairs.
Access to a downstairs fridge if required. Undercover parking for car if required and lovely backyard to relax in too. I have previous experience with overseas students and have travelled widely.
My home is close to the beach in leafy friendly bayside Beaumaris. I am close to Southland Shopping Centre and cinemas. The local shops, including supermarket and are a very short walk. The bayside area of Melbourne is a lovely place to live and the CBD is a very easy and pleasant commute.
Buses run from the end of street with short trip to nearby train Lines (Frankston and Sandringham). Only a 30 min trip to Melbourne CBD with Monash (Caulfield and Frankston campus) is on the Frankston Line. Holmsglen TAFE is 10 drive min from Beaumaris.
The accommodation suits a quiet and respectful person.
