Homestay in Preston

Large 3 bedroom house in Preston melbourne we are 12km from the central business district with tram stop 10 minutes away, train station 2km away, northland shopping centre with bus depot km away, also a multicultural market and great Asian cuisine within 2km.

The room for rent is very large roughly 5 by 3 metres it is well lit and overlooks a large garden and has two ceiling fans, you will have your own entry and exit point to the house.

Me and my partner are a happy couple in our early 30’s.
We have a pet rabbit and my daughter stay with us 3-4 days a week.

I can supply a cereal or bread for breakfast that you can make for yourself.
You’re welcome to use the kitchen at any time.
I will make dinner Sunday to Friday.
And supply a packed lunch either sandwich, crisps ,fruit or rice vegetables and meat.
We are also happy to supply some snacks and do your laundry on Sundays.
We generally keep the house quite tidy.
