I live in Footscray close to everything. 2 min to station ....surrounded by coffee shops. One bedroom ...built in wardrobes ....light filled. You will be sharing the flat with the host a female of 60 years old. I am only home a 3 to 4 days a week .

The bedroom is big enough to house a queen size bed. Built in robes with full length mirror. Floorboards . Window facing south. Very clean and neat. It is a small apartment with a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the warm evenings. Internet is reliable. Close to everything bars, restaurants, coffee shops ,groceries and 5km to the Melbourne CBD. I'm only home from Sunday to Wednesday so you will have privacy. Great for travellers or people doing further study. The decor is vintage 1960s to 1970s. So if you're looking for somewhere a bit different this is the place.
