Bright and airy bedroom with ensuite available for homestay student or worker. Bedroom is on the ground floor, separate to the other bedrooms and living areas, allowing a quiet private place for study. Furniture consists of double bed, desk, lamp, study chair and tallboy. Ensuite consists of shower, toilet, basis, mirrored cupboards and heating for those cold winter mornings.
Our home has a family vibe and you will be sharing with a mum and 11 year old. We also have 2 small dogs and a cat so liking cute animals is a must!
Our home is very secure and in a very safe neighbourhood.
Bell Station with trains direct to the city, is a moments walk away.
86 & 11 trams also very close walking distance.
Lots of bus routes nearby as well. Feel free to ask if you’d like more info on public transport to your education campus or place of employment from our home.
Breakfast and dinner provided. If you are wanting accommodation with no meals provided let me know and we can negotiate a lower price.
