Homestay in Avondale Heights

We are looking for the right person to stay in our home long term, we are a health conscious and respectful family of 4 with dad from Egypt and mum from New Zealand then 2 boys 14&11 and Sia the Brussels griffon (non shedding allergies friendly) we have a physio clinic 5 mins from home, bus stop at the end of street, essendon train station just down the road, milleara and high point shopping centre close by.
We have a swimming pool and spa and complete home gym.
Your room has king single bunks and smart tv, double wardrobe/drawers each and central heating plus aircon, with personal brand new ensuite
All your meals, washing,will be done for you so you can focus on studying or exploring . we ask for respectfully dressed in our home and pool area. Please keep your room tidy and bathroom
We are a non smoking/vaping/alcohol/pig eating home, we love ping pong and board games and toasting marshmallows on the fire pit and
With 2 celiacs in the house meals are gluten free so lots of Asian/indian/Egyptian style meals, if you are vegetarian or vegan I can easily accommodate that and will cook and eat that (I was vegetarian/vegan 13 yrs before having kids)
You will have your own full kitchenette and study area if you like some quiet in the morning hustle.
This bedroom is on ground floor by front door (other bedrooms are upstairs)

We are happy to wait for the right friendly girl (too many males in this house haha) to join our happy peaceful family home

Close to airport, highpoint, bus stop and train station.
Both parents have current police checks and working with children
