This is a safe, spacious and comfortable family home for a student. You will have easy access to trams, trains, bus, cafes, restaurant, parks, gym, tennis, basketball, swimming and cycling tracks. It takes only 20-30 mins to get to CBD. You can easily travel to prestigious schools in Balwyn, Kew and Camberwell from here. Close access to Deakin Burwood and Swinburne Hawthorn too.
