Homestay in Wheelers Hill for $250 per week

We are an Australian female only house with mother & daughter, looking for female only student.

Closest place would be to Clayton Monash University which is very easy to get to, with lots of buses running regularly. Deposit of 2 weeks rent & 2 weeks bond upfront or to secure the room. I have included a map showing where we live to where the uni is in the photos.

All bedding and towels will be provided on arrival new.

Price does not include meals, we can look at meal option if needed. Price includes, room, gas, electrcity, water & internet so you only need to pay for food.

If you would like dinner price will be $350 per week.

We have birds & cats in the home so someone who's friendly with animals preferred.

If you live overseas, we can do a video chat to meet & show you around the house but it's a comfortable cozy house.
